Ouer is committed to providing you a pleasant shopping experience.

Ouer offers free shipping on domestic orders over the value of 500 USD. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. An additional email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days, please email kiki@ouer.studio.

Ouer ships internationally determined by weight and destination. Due to varied postal restrictions, you may incur additional duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these charges is obligatory in order to obtain the shipment. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. While we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible, we ask for your understanding when there are possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance, and weather conditions. Kindly note that delivery to remote locations can result in longer delivery times.

While placing your order, please ensure to fill out the correct shipping information. Signature may be required upon delivery. In addition, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. In the unfortunate event of your parcel being lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, Ouer will not be held responsible or offer any refunds.

We will accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery date. To return a purchase, your item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition with its original tags and packaging. In order to initiate a return, please email kiki@ouer.studio with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to confirm your requests and provide return instructions.

All pre-orders, custom orders, and final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
